    Ingredients For The Food On Tour

    BREAD ROLLS/WRAPS

    Contain GLUTEN (unless specified gluten-free).

    Wheat flour; water; vegetable oil (canola oil); yeast; wheat gluten; iodised salt; vitamins (thiamine folate); enzyme (wheat). May contain egg, milk, peanuts, soybeans, sesame, tree nuts and sulphites.

    Canola Spread

    DAIRY free

    Vegetable oil (including canola oil); water; salt; emulsifiers (471 – soy/lecithin); preservative (202); citric acid; vitamins A and D; natural colour (carotene); natural flavour. Contains soybeans

    Mayonnaise

    DAIRY-FREE

    GLUTEN-FREE

    Water; sugar; white vinegar; maize thickener (1442); salt; vegetable gums (415, 460, 466); lemon juice; sunflower oil (antioxidant 320); spices; colour (171, lutein); food acid (citric); flavour.

    Sundried tomatoes

    Tomatoes; vinegar; salt; sugar; antioxidant (sulphur dioxide); acidity regulator (citric acid); vegetable oil; herbs; spices.

    PASTA SALAD – (suitable for vegetarians)

    Durum wheat; semolina.

    Contains: NUTS/GLUTEN/DAIRY/EGGS (cheese and milk)

    May be present: Soybeans.

    Pesto: sunflower oil; basil; cashew nuts; grana Padano cheese; milk, lysozyme from egg and animal rennet; sugar, potato starch, milk protein; extra virgin olive oil; acidity regulator (lactic acid); garlic; natural basil flavour; vegetable gum (xanthan gum).

    Sundried tomatoes; capsicum; peas and/or seasonal vegetables. Dried parsley flakes. Mayonnaise as above. Salt and pepper.

    RICE SALAD (suitable for vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free/dairy-free)

    Cooked brown rice; cooked basmati rice. Sundried tomatoes; peas; capsicum; sweet corn; peas, and/or seasonal veg. Dried parsley flakes. Dressing: Mayonnaise as above. Salt and pepper.

    BEAN SALAD  (suitable for vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free/dairy-free)

    Butter beans; chickpeas; red kidney beans; green baby lima beans; borlotti beans; great northern beans; water; sugar; salt; food acid (acetic or ascorbic acid 260); firming agent (Calcium Chloride 509); may contain barley. Sundried tomatoes; sweet corn; green beans; capsicum; peas and/or seasonal veg. Dressing: Mayonnaise as above. Salt and pepper.

    GREEN SALAD – (suitable for vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free/dairy-free)

    Lettuce; a mixture of red and green leaves; shredded carrot.

    POTATO SALAD (suitable vegetarian/gluten-free)

    Potato; dressing: canola oil, sugar, water, vinegar, stabiliser (milk, soy) (milk solids, vegetable gum (412), acidity regulator (500), salt, whey powder (milk), acidity regulators (270, 260, 330), mustard flour, dextrose, natural flavouring, sour cream (cream), gelatine, culture, pectin); parsley; spring onion; seasoning (milk powder, thickeners (415, 412); Dijon mustard (acidity regulator (260); onion; acidity regulators (270, 260); garlic (acidity regulator 330).
